The Delivery Driver/Delivery Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering Amazon packages to residential and business customers within assigned routes. Drivers operate company-provided delivery vehicles, utilize handheld routing technology, maintain a strong safety focus, and provide excellent customer service while representing the company in the community Safely operate a company-provided delivery van and comply with all traffic laws and company safety standards. Deliver packages accurately and on time to homes and businesses. Use handheld delivery and routing technology to navigate routes and confirm deliveries. Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient route completion. Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries. Maintain communication with dispatch and management throughout the workday. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Work in various weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety. Meet delivery performance, attendance, and safety expectations. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Strong attention to safety and customer service. A bility to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
