We Believe:

ONE Being one strong and unified team helps us create and maintain our leading position in the industry.

Y You are the most important part of YKTA. You are respected, valued, and appreciated. Our total compensation package (pay, benefits, etc.) reflects that respect.

K Keys are in your hands to help create a positive and enjoyable work culture.

T Talking directly to management about your concerns and suggestions without using a third party to speak for you is most effective. We have an open-door policy; you can speak to anyone in this organization from group leader to the president.

A All Together as One Team!
