Job Description
Design, develop, configure ServiceNow HRSD modules; Configure/customize HRSD system; Build HRSD service requests from customer requirements; Perform HRSD integrations & process automation; Understand HRSD business requirements, design solutions; Load, manipulate, maintain HRSD data between ServiceNow & other software; Collaborate w/cross-functional teams to define & implement ITSM/HRSD best practices; Generate HRSD db views, reports; Provide support maintenance for ServiceNow apps, troubleshoot issues, undertake necessary fixes/enhancements; Document tech specs, user guides, SOP for HRSD apps; Monitor health, usage, perf analysis, compliance of HRSD apps.
Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Info Sys, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or any related equivalent field.
Experience: Must have at least five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressive work experience in the job offered or in any computer, software engineering or information technology (IT) occupation.
Special Requirements: Qualifying experience must include using at least five (5) of the following: ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITIL, Service Catalog, CMDB, Custom Scoped Apps, Java Script, REST, SOAP WS. Travel (domestic; work/mtgs; approx. 20%) and relocation possible to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
