We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who get genuinely excited about building confidence in kids. This is not a traditional sports or fitness role - our instructors teach real life skills through movement, play, and structured activities. If you light up around kids and love seeing them grow, we want to hear from you.
WHERE WE ARE HIRING
We are hiring an instructor to work in our World Elite facility located in Tallmadge, OH.
WHAT YOU WILL TEACH
Our curriculum is built around 5 core pillars that guide every class:
- Emotional Regulation - helping kids name, understand, and manage their emotions
- Social Skills & Friendships - teamwork, communication, and building real connections
- Confidence & Self-Esteem - small wins, positive self-talk, and embracing challenges
- Physical Confidence - movement, coordination, balance, and safe risk-taking
- Focus & Follow Through - goal setting, persistence, and finishing what they start
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
- Part-time, flexible hours - a few hours per week
- $21.00 per hour
- Full lesson plans and curriculum provided - no prep work on your own
- Training and ongoing support from our team
- Ages 3–12 across three program levels
BACKGROUND THAT HELPS
You do not need a specific degree. Any experience working with kids in a structured setting is a great fit:
- School teachers or teaching assistants
- Therapists or counselors
- Youth coaches, camp counselors, or childcare providers
- Anyone with a passion for child development and confidence building
