Are you an experienced dental professional who loves keeping an office running smoothly, building relationships with patients, and being the person the team can count on?
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our small, established family dental practice in Milford, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a personal, team-oriented environment and wants to play an important role in the day-to-day success of the practice.

- Posting payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts
- Working in Eaglesoft for scheduling, treatment plans, patient records, and financial management
- Helping patients understand their treatment and financial options
- Coordinating with the doctor and clinical team to keep the day running efficiently
- Supporting the overall patient experience
- Helping maintain an organized, positive, and welcoming office environment
Insurance verification is outsourced, allowing you to focus your time on patient care, treatment coordination, office management, and collections.

Why You May Love This Opportunity
If you're looking to move away from the pace and complexity of a large corporate dental environment, this could be a great fit.
You'll be joining a small, established team where your experience matters, your voice is heard, and you can make a real impact on the practice. We’re looking for someone who wants to become a trusted part of the team - not simply fill a position.
If you're an experienced dental office manager who enjoys patient relationships, treatment coordination, financial management, and keeping a practice running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
