Perform general landscape maintenance including trimming, edging, mulching, weeding & leaf removal. Assist planting trees, shrubs, flowers & other plant materials. Load, unload, and move materials such as soil, mulch, stone & tools. Operate basic landscaping equipment such as push mowers, string trimmers, blowers & hand tools. Assist with hardscape preparation tasks such as digging, grading & site cleanup. Follow daily work assignment instructions from crew foreman & managers. Maintain a clean & safe work environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salting & winter cleanup. Requirements: Experience performing physically demanding labor, including lifting to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling & standing for extended periods. Experience working as part of a team and follow verbal instructions. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
