This position is for our commercial services division specializing in improving management of multi-level parking structures. We are looking for an organized, dependable, skilled candidate with a great attitude, great voice, who can multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced sales environment. Experience working with facilities departments will be a requirement as understanding and networking with property managers will be your primary task.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell jobs and manage inbound sales calls
- Owning the sales process start to finish
- Observing and documenting property deficiencies
- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Talk to customers and prospects on the phone
- Speak with customers about additional services
- Acquire new commercial customers through personal contacts and community networking groups
- Weekly goal setting and review meeting
- Continued training and growth
- Receive incoming calls and respond to emails in professional and courteous manner
- Price jobs/services and write up estimates
- Monitor and transfer office calls and emails
- Complete office administration tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior sales experience is required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Customer service oriented
- Technically savvy and proficient using various software
- Must be social media proficient
- Experienced with excellent communication and phone skills
- Business casual dress and appearance
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
