Williamson is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to perform lawn care, snow removal, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate has experience operating landscaping equipment, driving a dump truck, towing a landscaping trailer, and performing routine maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities
Maintain company grounds, including mowing with a zero-turn lawnmower, trimming, edging, leaf cleanup, and seasonal landscaping. Perform snow removal and apply salt or sand to parking areas, walkways, and entrances. Safely operate a dump truck and tow, maneuver, and back up a landscaping trailer. Load, unload, and properly secure equipment and materials. Perform general building maintenance, including painting, minor carpentry, basic repairs, and upkeep of interior and exterior areas. Inspect equipment, complete routine maintenance, and report repair needs. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card. Experience operating a zero-turn lawnmower and other landscaping equipment. Experience driving a dump truck and pulling a landscaping trailer. General building maintenance and repair skills. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability for early morning or additional hours during snowstorms.
