Our services include Private Duty Nursing, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Housekeeping, School Nursing, Paraprofessionals, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Special Instruction - delivered across NY, NJ, and FL.
We don't patch - we match. Every patient has unique needs, and our coordinators ensure caregivers and patients are the right fit for one another. Our clinical case managers develop detailed care plans and guide every case from start to finish.
