About the Role:
As a Project Manager at Wember Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of sustainable design projects from beginning to end. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all project goals are met within the given timeline and budget. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the project is completed successfully and meets the client's expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in project management
- Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of project life cycle and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in sustainable design projects
- Experience in the construction industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and ensure that all project team members are aware of their responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that project goals are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project status reports, meeting minutes, and project schedules
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
