Essential Responsibilities
- Create, update, and release production orders.
- Create and maintain capacity reservations to support production requirements.
- Analyze production capacity needs and coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Review and release purchase requisitions within SAP.
- Develop detailed production schedules and coordinate the availability of required materials, components, and production aids.
- Identify scheduling and planning conflicts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Manage and communicate delivery delays, coordinating updates with Sales and customers as needed.
- Review production orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness for execution.
- Prepare, maintain, and archive production-related documentation.
- Maintain and update planning-related master data to support accurate scheduling and reporting.
- Provide backup support for planning and administrative functions as required.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
