About the Role
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care through our telehealth platform.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up care.
- Incorporate therapeutic interventions when clinically appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Work alongside our administrative and leadership teams to promote positive patient experiences and outcomes.
About You
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate professionals who value clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licenses.
- Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience treating adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions.
- Appropriate California prescribing authority and DEA registration, as applicable to the role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the practice.
- Commitment to consistent scheduling and quality patient care.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
