• We are looking for an experienced groundskeeper to join our team! For over 59 years, Warm Beach Faith-Inspired Retirement Living, a ministry of the Free Methodist Church, has been a trusted nonprofit serving seniors in the Pacific Northwest. Our community was established with the mission "to provide seniors with a vibrant, missional and purposeful lifestyle through every phase of their golden years."
Qualifications:
- must be self-motivated, driven, and able to take direction and work as an individual or with a team depending on projects.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Must have reliable transportation, availability to be at work during inclement weather .
- Experience in equipment operation, irrigation and a valid Washington driver’s license.
- Minimum requirement of 1 year grounds experience necessary
- Knowledge of horticulture preferred
Must be able to pass background check and drug testing Job Type: Full-time, M-F, 7:00-3:30
