This role focuses on proactive theft prevention, internal/external investigations, and compliance execution through data-driven decision making and strong partnership with store leadership. Key Responsibilities * Shrink Reduction & Investigations * Conduct internal and external theft investigations using CCTV and reporting tools. * Identify root causes of shrink and implement corrective actions with leadership. * Complete accurate, timely case documentation. * Safety & Compliance * Ensure adherence to all Walmart safety and AP policies. * Audit high-risk processes (cash handling, receiving, high-value merchandise). * Respond quickly to safety and security incidents. * Operational Execution * Monitor high-risk areas (self-checkout, front-end, backroom, electronics). * Support consistent execution of AP programs and standards. * Coach associates on theft awareness and compliance. * Partnership & Leadership Support * Collaborate with store leadership to close operational gaps. * Provide insight on shrink trends and AP opportunities. * Partner with law enforcement as needed.
