We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated CNC Lathe Operator/Setup Technician to join our advanced manufacturing team. This role requires expertise in machine setup, operation, and Quality assurance . Experience with Haas Lathes and controls would be a plus . Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation and Setup - Set up and operate Haas CNC Lathes to produce precision components. - Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines. - Converting metric to standard. Programming and Optimization - Create, modify , and optimize CNC programs using G codes or/and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam). - Adjust cutting parameters for different materials and thicknesses to ensure quality and efficiency. Quality Assurance - Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges). - Ensure all components meet dimensional and surface finish specifications. Documentation and Continuous Improvement - Maintain accurate records of machine settings, programs, and maintenance logs. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
