The Material Handler III duties include, but are not limited to, loading, unloading and moving material in the warehouse.

How success is defined:
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
- Conveys materials to designated storage areas.
- Effectively communicating with Table leads to facilitate efficient Material flow.
- Proactively identify damaged parts and call immediate attention to it.
- Follow all safety procedures including proper usage of safety equipment and tools.
- Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to an agreed-upon schedule as determined by Manager.
- Adhere to all safety, OSHA guidelines, work rules and policies and focuses daily on housekeeping inside and outside of the facility.

- Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
- Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule. While being present in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate amongst co-workers and teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of full-time industry experience in a warehouse, distribution center, order fulfillment center, logistics, supply chain operations or manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with picking parts or components from work instructions.
- Current Forklift license and certification. Ability to exhibit experience with a stand-up high lift deep reach forklift equipment, pallet riders and/or stock pickers.
- Must exhibit the ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
- Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating Systems and Programs
- Experience in interior design, custom home building products, luxury home furnishings and/or lighting industry a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
- Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels, including email, chat and phone
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late evenings
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered for this role
Compensation Range: $19.60 per hour
Compensation for this position is based on applicable, job-related factors, which may include, where relevant to the position, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic work location, consistent with applicable law.
