Location: Viracon – Owatonna, MN
Hours/Shift:
- 12-hour night shifts
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday 6p-6a -Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Thursday 6p-6a
Pay: $26.90–$28.90 DOE plus shift premium

What You’ll Do
- Support the maintenance team with repairs and preventative maintenance
- Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues
- Help keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have basic maintenance knowledge or training
- Are comfortable using hand and power tools
- Can follow directions and work well with a team
- Are dependable and willing to learn
- Have a strong work ethic
- Boiler’s license is a plus
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Exposure to noise and temperature changes
- Standing, walking, and lifting required
