In this role as a Blending Technician at Viking Coca-Cola, you will be at the heart of our beverage production process. You will contribute to our Viking Team's success and play a key role in maintaining the quality of our beverages by following standard operating procedures and collaborating closely with our Quality Assurance and Production teams throughout each day. Every day you will be operating high capacity & automated equipment to perform tanks/lines/equipment sanitation, determining daily equipment and routing utilization, assembling batch ingredients, formulating batches, performing specification checks, maintain a top-notch sanitary environment, and assuring all documentation is in order to assure our products and processes are consistently in-specification.
