POSITION SUMMARY
Manager, Precision Analysis will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing VIDA’s Analyst team, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of VIDA's precision analysis results. Duties include hiring, training, coaching and monitoring employee performance. Goal setting (Individual and departmental), supporting VIDA's business goals, implementing scalable and efficient processes while reporting on key objectives and results to upper management on a regular basis (i.e., weekly/monthly/quarterly). VIDA's analysis business is growing and as a key leader in the role of Manager, you will work cross-functionally with other groups including R&D and Customer Success to implement innovative workflows to address VIDA's expanding analysis needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage the analyst team, including the hiring, coaching, training, organizing team roles, and providing performance evaluations.
- Work with internal teams including R&D and Customer Success to implement workflows to address VIDA's analysis needs; approach workflows with a continual process improvement mindset, incorporating analytics/trends analysis to improve VIDA's analysis capacity and performance.
- Set team and individual goals; report on team goal performance to VIDA's upper management.
- Triage analysis cases to analysts, working with Imaging Services’ management and project managers to ensure monthly analysis goals are met with high quality.
- Provide input to Imaging Services' planning, budgeting and forecasting process.
