Maintenance Technician II Summary of the Position: Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance service. Equipment includes but is not limited to injection mold, hot extrusion, labeler etc. Roles and Responsibilities: Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks and inspections on all equipment. Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs. Performs troubleshooting tasks, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and repair of packaging and production machines. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Proficient with CMMS systems (Impulse, MaintainX, etc.). Maintains equipment in compliance with HACCP, GMP and OSHA Requirements. Ensures city, county, state, and federal regulations are always met regarding equipment and maintenance. Responsible for housekeeping and landscaping activities for all facilities. Performs and coordinates repairs and maintenance of all system\'s including electrical, PLC\'s, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC. Assists in developing and refining the Preventive Maintenance program. Must project a high level of professionalism in work performed and relations with others. Ability to work proficiently with little supervision. Assists in continuous process improvement activities. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Able to climb ladders. Ability to read and write in English and basic math skills. Ability to work in various temperature ranges.
