Key Qualities & Requirements:
- Must have the ability to be away from home for extended periods of time and regularly travel out of state - This position will require 90-100% travel within the US.
- Have at least two-years of experience managing crews in a construction environment & deadline expectations while upholding quality work. Concrete &/or restoration experience, an asset.
- You are devoted to creating & supporting a safe working environment.
- You understand & appreciate the value of teamwork, as well as strive to ensure everyone maintains a positive outlook.
- Communicate clearly & proactively to teammates to ensure timely completion of duties.
- Conduct reports on project progress, evaluations, hours worked, & any issues.
- Have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients & team members in an efficient, professional manner.
- You have a positive hands-on leadership approach & are able to mentor all teammates.
- Must be able to pull, push & lift materials up to 50 - 75 pounds and perform repetitive bending, standing, & walking.
- Possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- General math & problem-solving skills. Safely operate necessary tools and equipment with good manual dexterity for their intended purposes.
