They bring excellent customer service and communication skills, work effectively with a small, dedicated content team and key stakeholders, and serve as the team's primary point of accountability for day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail and an obsession with quality, experience with high-visibility sites or projects, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. The details really matter on this one, so a thorough reviewer who takes pride in getting things right would be a great fit.
