Architect and design multiple applications and platform components on AWS, working closely with engineering teams from design through production. Design, build, and operate production-grade Amazon EKS platforms supporting multiple microservices with a strong focus on reliability, security, and scalability. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Java based applications using Jenkins, Maven, GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes and Ansible. Develop AWS Lambda automations to optimize non-production cloud costs. Support and debug Golang-based Kubernetes components, working closely with engineering teams. Masters degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Schaumburg, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
