Residential Carpenter Varney Construction LLC is seeking a dependable and skilled Residential Carpenter to join our framing and construction crew. We are a small, highly experienced team focused on quality residential construction. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, solid construction knowledge, and the ability to contribute productively on day one. Pay $25.00 - 30.00+ per hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Full-time work with opportunity for advancement based on performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Proficient with common hand and power tools
- Understanding of residential framing fundamentals
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely and efficiently on active jobsites
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential framing experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Experience with wall, floor, and roof framing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Responsibilities
