Position Title: Project Lead - SD (R # PLSD826)
Job Description:
Lead analysis of business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable application designs. Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns for enterprise web applications. Review and finalize technical solution designs covering frontend, backend, cloud, and integrations. Coordinate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Produce and maintain technical design documents and implementation plans. Lead development of enterprise web applications using Java and JavaScript-based frameworks. Design and implement frontend components using React, Angular, and jQuery. Develop backend services using Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA. Build and integrate RESTful services for internal and external systems. Implement performance optimization, caching strategies, and page speed improvements. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices. Design and manage cloud-based deployments using AWS services and containerization tools. Implement Cl/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Configure and manage Docker containers for application deployment. Monitor application performance and analyze logs using Splunk and mPulse. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Assign tasks, guide developers, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality delivery. Track project progress using JIRA and resolve technical blockers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and content teams. Support CMS-driven content workflows using TeamSite and Adobe tools. Will work at unanticipated client worksites.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor\'s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience in Software Development. Experience must include:
Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained
concurrently):
- Experience developing enterprise web applications using Java and JavaScript.
- Experience with backend development using Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Experience building frontend applications using React, Angular, and jQuery.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APls using JSON and XML
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL and MongoDB.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS environments (EC2, ECS, S3).
- Experience with containerization technologies. including Docker.
- Experience implementing Cl/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Ant.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Experience implementing performance optimization and caching techniques for web applications.
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting applications using Splunk and mPulse.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, including the use of JIRA.
- Experience supporting CMS-driven web applications using TeamSite CMS and Adobe tools.
- Experience using development tools such as Eclipse and Visual Studio Code.
40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary: \$165,693.00 /year.
