Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing in-home ABA therapy team in Colorado. This role is focused on providing direct 1:1 behavioral therapy to clients in their home environment. We are specifically looking for a Spanish-speaking RBT to ensure seamless, comfortable daily session communication with Spanish-speaking families during in-home appointments. (Note: Our supervising BCBA is fluent in Spanish and leads all clinical family engagement, parent training, and formal consultations, so you will not need to manage formal family engagement responsibilities). Key RBT Perks & Benefits
- Small, Consistent Caseloads: Focus on quality care without burnout or excessive driving across multiple split shifts.
- Show-Up Pay Protection: If you arrive at a scheduled client session and the family cancels, is a no-show, or becomes sick, you will be paid for the first 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
- BCBA Supervision & Practicum Opportunities: We welcome graduate students and professionals seeking field hours toward their BCBA/BCaBA certification. Our qualified team is ready and willing to provide structured supervision as needed.
- Flexible Scheduling & Growth Opportunities
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to pediatric clients in their homes following individualized treatment plans.
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect accurate, real-time data using electronic documentation tools during each session.
- Maintain clear day-to-day session communication in Spanish with caregivers in the home.
- Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs during overlap sessions to support client progress.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current, active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification with the BACB.
- Language: Conversational proficiency/fluency in Spanish required (for in-home communication during sessions).
- Experience: Experience working with children with ASD or developmental delays preferred.
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate students pursuing BCBA/BCaBA hours are strongly encouraged to apply).
