Experienced retail manager? We’re looking for YOU.
We’re an established, fast-paced fashion resale store looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager who can step in and run the store when the Manager is away.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already knows how to lead a retail team, drive sales, solve problems, and keep a store running smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Leading day-to-day store operations
- Opening/closing and handling operational issues
- Coaching, training, scheduling & holding staff accountable
- Driving sales and monitoring performance
- Customer service & problem resolution
- Merchandising, inventory & product flow
- Hiring/onboarding and employee development
- Social media, promotions & local marketing
- Helping manage resale/buying operations
- Maintaining a fun, energetic, organized store environment
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
✔️ Previous retail management or assistant management experience ✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills ✔️ Sales & merchandising experience ✔️ Experience with scheduling, training and employee accountability ✔️ Ability to make decisions independently ✔️ Excellent organization and follow-through ✔️ A hands-on, “see it and fix it” attitude ✔️ Flexibility to work weekends and open/close as needed
Fashion, boutique, resale, consignment or specialty retail experience is a BIG plus.
