You will be the on-site leaders of the CARE Academy program and are responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students and staff. They oversee daily program operations, supervise staff, and serve as the primary communication link between the program and families. Assist in the implementation of the CARE Academy Before and Afterschool Program at assigned sites in Yellowstone County, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children during non-school hours. Serve as the Site Coordinator's primary support, providing guidance and assistance to staff, and be trained to function in the Site Coordinator role when the Coordinator is absent. Support the delivery of enriching activities, positive interactions, and consistent routines for all participants.
