United Structural Services, LLC provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services in the Southeast states.
United Structural Systems is looking to add an Operations Manager to our team. The Operations Manager role is responsible for leading teams to successful completion of foundation repairs, basement and crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, and other projects as needed in a timely manner.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise and lead teams while providing guidance and support.
- Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture.
- Cascade the Company’s visions and provides clear direction.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance evaluations of respective teams.
- Manages team members’ performance and conducts performance evaluations annually.
- Creates and provides opportunities for growth and development of team members.
- Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools and other assets are properly maintained.
- Ensures the team is providing remarkable customer experience and satisfaction.
- Responsible for meeting budget requirements as set forth.
- Maintaining impeccable installation quality in a timely manner.
- Cascade, track and maintain weekly revenue generating goals.

- Associates or Bachelors degree in construction or business preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Foreman/Manager in the construction trades or a combination of experience and education.
