We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Reliable transportation is a must. Our assignments are not on the bus routes.
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain the working condition of the cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
Experience Previous Commercial and Post-Construction cleaning experience Strong Attention to detail Ensures all areas are thoroughly cleaned. Knowledge of cleaning techniques Includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, etc. Familiarity with cleaning equipment Vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet extractors, etc. Chemical Safety Awareness Proper Use and Storage of Cleaning Chemicals and PPE. Certification OSHA certification is a plus For U.S. Work Authorization:
US Citizen Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer. Holds a valid U.S. work authorization.
Position available M-F 3-4 hours each day.
Position is in South Albany and Transportation is a must. The worksite is not on the bus line.
