Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in Huntley, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling industrial sewing machines with precision and attention to detail.
- Assemble industrial sewing machines according to specifications.
- Fit parts to very close tolerances and operating requirements using small hand and power tools.
- Accurately align assemblies to the unit.
- Mount and connect auxiliary, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
- Perform operating tests and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous assembly experience preferred.
- Mechanically skilled with small hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform close tolerance uniform settings and adjustments.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
