The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with AWS services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, operational support, and cloud architecture, along with the ability to collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. You will play a key role throughout the solution lifecycle, helping clients architect, build, automate, maintain, and support cloud platforms that align with AWS Well-Architected Framework principles and industry best practices. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, designing and implementing cloud solutions, and working directly with clients to deliver meaningful outcomes. Successful candidates thrive in both project-based and operational environments, embrace automation and continuous improvement, and take ownership of delivering secure, scalable, and well-architected solutions throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients regarding cloud architecture, operational best practices, security, automation, and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, Security teams, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Work with developers to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues by analyzing logs, reviewing application code, following stack traces, and isolating root causes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, architecture decisions, operational procedures, incident response, disaster recovery, and support runbooks.
