Seeking individuals able to work a 10 hour shift 4 days a week in a metal forming environment. Job responsibilities include:
- Operate metal forming machines such as stamping press, assembly machines or automated weld stations per training provided and company procedures
- Review and document job standards after running production
- Assure product meets established quality criteria per work instructions
- Correctly record scrap every hour per work instructions
- Correct application of all internal and external labels when requires, including removal of all old labels from returnable packaging
- Work with Production Supervisor with any discrepancies to established quality checks or any condition identified to be out of the normal operating condition
- Communicate production and quality issues/concerns with supervisor and/or quality when they occur
- Maintain a clean work space
- Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety and environmental procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Follow company policies and procedures
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Frequently, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Full time positions include Health Benefits;
No prior production experience is required. We will provide training.
Day shift and night shift openings.
Full Time Day Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:45 am - 4:15 pm
Full-Time Night Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday 4:30 pm - 3:00 am
Friday and Saturday overtime can be scheduled as needed
