Job Description
Provide weekly individual, family and group therapy
Caseload of approx 7-10 clients
Complete diagnostic intake assessments, master treatment plans and discharge summaries
Relay pertinent data to insurance companies for billing purposes
Provide crisis interventions and assessments as needed
Responsible for verbal and written communication with families, insurance companies, program staff and educational consultants as needed
Develops aftercare assignments
