Insurance is a $10T market that still runs on phone calls and legacy software. Truvo is building the first autonomous consumer insurance broker with a single goal: enabling Americans to never worry about insurance again.
We work with 50+ (soon 100+) carriers like GEICO, Root and Lemonade to quote, bind, and service policies across auto, home, pet, and more.
Earlier this year we raised our seed from top funds and people like the founders of MongoDB, Wayve, Business Insider, Octopus and Indeed, and are expanding aggressively. We're a small team that works six days a week in-person in Soho, NYC. The hours are flexible (no 996 or anything like that); we care about winning, not performing.
WHAT YOU MIGHT WORK ON
- Be the CEO's right hand. Own the company's highest-priority initiatives end to end, from scoping to execution to measurement. The role changes shape weekly, and you're always on what matters most.
- Build the team and the machine. Recruit, onboard and lead the people across operations, sales and GTM, and build the data behind every key decision: funnels, unit economics and carrier performance.
- Drive growth and the raise. Lead gen, partnerships and carrier relationships, plus investor updates, board materials and the data room as we scale toward Series A.
HOW WE WORK
- AI-native to the bone. Unlimited token budget. Agents do the research, analysis and first drafts, so your time goes on decisions.
- Full freedom, full responsibility. Not an advisory role. You own the outcome, from the first scoping doc to the result.
- Build self-improving systems. Fix root causes, not one-off problems.
OUR COMPANY VALUES
- Customer obsession. We work directly with everyday Americans as well as the largest insurers in the world.
- High integrity and openness. The fundamental quality of a broker is trust.
- Work hard, play hard. We take the work seriously but not ourselves.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience operating at a high bar: MBB consulting, banking, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup with a strong leadership team
- Comfort building a financial model, dissecting a funnel and finding the signal in messy data
- Brilliant writing: an investor email, a board deck or a strategy doc, without hand-holding
- A habit of figuring things out before asking, and shipping before it's perfect
- Bonus: you've managed people, or worked in insurance, fintech or AI
