Original job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a construction technology company as an Account Executive, owning and building a greenfield territory in Texas. You will manage the full sales cycle and help grow adoption of a visual progress tracking platform among general contractors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source, prospect, and close new business from a named list of general contractor target accounts in Texas and nationally.
Build relationships through job site visits, industry association events, lunch-and-learns, and existing construction industry connections.
Make 50 to 100 outbound calls daily, set meetings, and develop pipeline with support from business development and marketing colleagues.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, and pursue monthly sales goals through multi-project adoption and account expansion.
Partner with marketing and customer success teams to support a smooth customer experience and long-term account growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Four to eight years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including sales to Tier 1 and Tier 2 general contractors.
A formal network of construction industry relationships and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in mid-market or enterprise new business sales.
Experience building outbound pipeline through named-account prospecting, alongside handling inbound leads.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles, engage multiple stakeholders, and pursue opportunities beyond short-cycle transactional SMB sales.
Experience at an early-stage startup and familiarity with HubSpot, Nooks, or similar sales tools.
Based in Texas and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $125,000 to $140,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas.
