Position Details
- Location: Howell, NJ
- Setting: In-home ABA therapy
- Schedule: Flexible, based on case requirements and your availability

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child in a home setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and document session data accurately
- Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Follow behavior intervention plans and established clinical guidelines
- Communicate and collaborate with the BCBA and the client's family
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to the Howell, NJ area
- Ability to complete the required background check
- Dependability, patience, and a genuine interest in working with children
Previous ABA experience is preferred, but candidates who meet the certification requirements and are eager to grow in the field are encouraged to apply.
