Production Assembly Worker ## Position Summary Assemblers are responsible for producing high-quality lighting components using standardized processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided. ## What You'll Do 1. Perform assembly of lighting components according to work instructions 2. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently 3. Inspect parts for accuracy and quality 4. Meet production rates, including piece-rate opportunities 5. Maintain a clean and organized work area 6. Follow all safety and quality standards ## Schedule 1. 1st Shift - 8-hour shift 2. 2nd Shift - 8-hour shift 3.
