What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Check patients in and out for appointments
- Schedule office visits and procedures
- Support Telehealth registrations and appointment preparation
- Utilize EMR systems to manage patient information
- Process prescription refill requests and provider notifications
- Assist with chart preparation and administrative tasks
- Help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous medical receptionist or medical office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Comfortable using computer systems and EMRs
- Passion for providing compassionate patient care
