Lead and mentor the engineering team, carry out project and client management, work with the Department Leader to develop conceptual designs for projects, supervise the team throughout project completion, contribute to the development of departmental standards and participate in company committees and centers of excellence. Position requires Bachelors or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and minimum of 2 years of experience as a project engineer or senior engineer in a full-service mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering or consulting firm to include HVAC and mechanical system and project design using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Studio.
