Responsibilities Include:
- Interact as a team member with our Interdisciplinary team
- Perform Nutrition Screens/Accurately assess nutrition risk levels
- Complete Nutrition Assessments-create appropriate goals and individualized care plans in efforts to achieve those goals
- Provide appropriate nutrition education
- May be required to travel to our different local facilities
- Ability to positively interact with our residents, staff and the public
- Be an active participant in problem solving and provide guidance in relation to Dining Services and Nutrition by following regulation standards
Qualifications Include:
- Candidates must have completed a certified Dietetic Technician program,
- Possess a title of Registered DTR or have a 4 year Nutrition Degree
- Food Service experience in long-term care setting preferred
- CMD & ServSafe certification preferred
