TrailWest Bank

TrailWest Bank is an FDIC insured, locally-owned, independent bank serving western Montana. For over three decades, we have provided the people and businesses of the Ravalli, Missoula, Mineral, and Flathead Counties with a wide range of secure and dependable financial services - all with a commitment to personal service.

Over the years, we have experienced considerable growth, and continue to remain fiscally strong; meeting the ever-changing needs of the communities we serve. Today we live in an environment where many believe that bigger is better. Banks and other businesses are consolidating to streamline and achieve economies of scale. By streamlining, big banks are losing the personal touch that we feel is so important. We look at it as an opportunity to promote our relationship banking and a small town approach.

TrailWest Bank has set high customer service standards. We recognize that our relationship with our banking customers is the most important element to keeping them highly satisfied. By promoting relationship banking, we differentiate our banking services from big banks by creating a high value added experience for our customers.

Generally, businesses try to maximize shareholders return on investment. TrailWest Banks mission statement reflects our commitment to our communities, quality service, relationship banking, and our employees as well as the shareholders reasonable return.
