About the role You’ll be the voice of Trailer X-Press for our rental and lease customers. You’ll handle calls and emails, process agreements, track our equipment, and solve problems quickly. If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and like helping people, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do
- Help customers by phone and email, and log every interaction in our CRM
- Process rental and lease transactions, agreements, and insurance documents
- Manage GPS tracking devices on our rental equipment
- Resolve customer concerns and follow through until they’re fixed
- Keep customer records accurate and current
- Work with Sales, Service, and Operations to get customers answers fast
- Handle scheduling, filing, and data entry
What you need
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Clear, professional phone and email communication
- Comfort with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organization and attention to detail, plus the ability to juggle several requests at once
- A positive, team-first attitude
Nice to have
- Experience in transportation, logistics, rental, or trucking
- CRM experience (we use Karmak Fusion and SugarCRM)
- An associate degree in business, communications, or logistics
