Today you can trade stocks and crypto in seconds, but the things you actually own like Pokémon cards, collectibles, watches, and sports cars take weeks to sell, ship, and settle. Tradepost is closing that gap one asset class at a time. We launched sealed Pokémon and sports cards in March and are already doing over $5M/month in volume. Now we're doubling down on what's working.

We've felt the pain of trading in these verticals firsthand, and we know exactly what it takes to bring these asset classes to the next level.
We're looking for a Founding Growth Lead, Slabs & Singles who lives and breathes cards. Ideally, you've spent years as a wholesaler, dealer, vendor, or high-volume buyer and seller of slabs and singles. You know the supply chain, how inventory actually moves, what inventory is worth, who the biggest players are, and how deals get done.
You'll own the growth of our slabs and singles business from the ground up: building the marketplace that connects repackers, streamers, and shops with the inventory they need, bringing the biggest dealers and wholesalers onto Tradepost, and turning what works into the playbook the team runs on. It's your business to build, with all the leverage and resources of Tradepost behind you.
Your Role
- Build Our Slabs & Singles Business: Own the growth of graded and raw cards on Tradepost and help turn it into one of the largest and most liquid markets in the Hobby.
- Onboard the Market: Bring the dealers, wholesalers, vendors, consignors, card shops, and high-volume collectors you already know onto Tradepost.
- Shape the Product: Work directly with our engineering team to shape what we build around how dealers and wholesalers actually operate. You'll help decide what tools we build, how they work, and what these businesses need to succeed on Tradepost.
- Own the Accounts That Matter: Build deep relationships with the largest card sellers in the country and own those accounts end-to-end.
- Turn Your Network Into a Machine: Take the relationships and instincts you've built over years in the Hobby and turn them into a repeatable growth engine that can scale far beyond your personal network.

- You've Actually Done This: You've been a wholesaler, dealer, vendor, breaker, consignor, or high-volume buyer/seller of cards. You understand this market because you've made money in it.
- You Know the Market: PSA, BGS, SGC, raw, graded, modern, vintage, sports, TCG - you understand how inventory is priced, sourced, bought, and moved.
- You Have a Network: You already know dealers, vendors, shops, wholesalers, and collectors we should be working with - and they pick up when you call.
- You're Commercial: You know when a deal makes sense, how to negotiate it, and how to get it across the finish line.
- You're Relentless: We love people who don't stop until they get what they want.
- You Bet on Yourself: We love people who have taken real risk on something they believed in, built something, walked away from something safe, or backed something nobody else would.
