About TQA TQA is the Agentic AI Experts. We turn Agentic AI into real-world advantage, transforming how enterprises operate, adapt, and outperform. We deliver agentic and automation solutions that work in production rather than in a laboratory, built across Microsoft, UiPath, and ServiceNow, with the integration expertise to connect legacy, cloud, and new platforms. We stay with our clients from vision through to measurable value. Better. Faster. Proven. Our values guide how we work: Be Human, Every Day. Always Moving Forward. Future Focused. A Trusted Partner. About the Role We’re hiring an Azure Solutions Architect to lead the technical side of our Microsoft practice in the US. It’s a client-facing role, split about 50% pre-sales and 50% delivery leadership. In pre-sales you shape solutions on live pursuits, write the technical content of proposals and pitch. In delivery you own the architecture and quality bar, making sure what we sell is what we deliver. Microsoft alliance work runs through both. You’ll work closely with our Microsoft Practice Leader, and your pay is tied to growing the practice. Focus Areas Our Microsoft go-to-market rests on three pillars. Azure depth is a requirement for this role.
- Azure, Fabric and the AI and data layer (priority): Azure, Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and related data services.
- Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, mostly citizen development and enablement.
- Copilot and Copilot Studio: agent building and Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-sales: lead solution design, write proposals, SOWs and RFP responses, estimate scope and risk, run discovery workshops, and turn repeatable patterns into priced offerings.
- Delivery: own architecture from design to production, set quality, governance and security standards, resolve escalations and mentor the team.
- Microsoft alliance: build relationships with Microsoft field teams, support co-sell and funded engagements, and represent TQA at Microsoft events. Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years in Microsoft-stack consulting or architecture, including 3+ in pre-sales or solutioning at a Microsoft partner, SI or consultancy.
- Proven Azure depth at enterprise scale (landing zones, identity, networking, security, cost management).
- Hands-on Fabric (or a comparable data platform) and AI solution design on Foundry or Azure OpenAI, including when an agent belongs in Copilot Studio versus Foundry.
- A track record of winning work: proposals written, deals closed, pitches led, and estimates you stand behind.
- Experience working with the Microsoft field, including partner funding and co-sell.
- Credibility with both a CIO and a developer, and excellent written and spoken English.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (or successor), active or renewed within 90 days.
- US work authorization at application; no visa sponsorship. Nice to Have Power Platform or Copilot Studio depth, further Microsoft certifications (TQA funds them), Healthcare or Financial Services experience, Dynamics 365 or agent engineering experience, UiPath or ServiceNow exposure, and experience building a practice or offering from scratch. First 12 Months You’re the named architect on most US Microsoft pursuits, proposal quality and win rate improve, your estimates land close to actual effort, and you deliver at least two referenceable US engagements and one new repeatable, priced offering.
Compensation
Base salary plus a performance-linked variable, based on bookings you influence and help close rather than delivery utilisation.
