We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of complex new product development (NPD) initiatives in a highly technical, cross-disciplinary environment. This role is the critical interface between external customers and internal teams - including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Supply Chain, and Account Management - ensuring seamless project delivery from concept through production release. The ideal candidate is not just a coordinator but a technical lead who thrives at the intersection of innovation, execution, and customer engagement.

- Customer-Facing Project Leadership: Serve as the single point-of-contact for customers throughout the development cycle; translate evolving customer requirements into actionable internal workstreams.
- Cost Management: Monitor and communicate cost estimates and updates, including real-time tracking of materials, labor, and design changes that impact final pricing.
- Quote Management: Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure customer quotes are accurate, timely, and reflect evolving project requirements.
- Purchase Order Tracking: Liaise with Account Management to ensure all customer POs are accurately tracked, updated, and aligned with project milestones.
- Design Review Facilitation: Lead formal design reviews at each development phase; document outcomes and assign follow-ups to ensure technical alignment and risk mitigation.
- Issue Resolution: Maintain a live project issue tracker, resolving open items with internal and customer stakeholders to ensure a clean handoff into released production.
- Schedule Development: Build and maintain detailed project schedules using modern PM tools, proactively identifying critical path activities and potential delays.
- Reporting and Communication: Deliver consistent, data-driven updates to executive and technical stakeholders; adjust strategies and timelines as needed based on risk and performance metrics.
- Risk Management: Continuously assess project risks - technical, operational, and financial - and implement corrective actions to mitigate impact.
- Performance Optimization: Use KPIs and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement in project planning and execution methodologies.
