We’re looking for a Process Engineer I to help drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment using Lean Manufacturing and process optimization tools. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work directly with production teams to improve workflows, reduce waste, and support quality and efficiency goals.
What You’ll Do
- Improve manufacturing processes through Kaizen and continuous improvement projects
- Support Lean initiatives that impact KPIs, efficiency, and cost
- Work hands‑on with production teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot production issues and help implement corrective actions
- Create process flow documentation and support equipment specifications
- Collect data, analyze results, and present project updates
- Support operations and customer needs in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Lean Six Sigma concepts (5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
