We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a 171-bed hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ. They need an experienced OR Registered Nurse IMMEDIATELY to join their surgical team. Work in a premier Southwest destination with 30+ medical specialties and strong community focus
What You'll Do
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient status and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams
- Support patient transfers and discharge planning
- Address patient psychosocial and spiritual needs
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
Requirements
Must Have:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current Arizona RN license or compact state equivalent
- Minimum 2 years general Operating Room experience
- ACLS certification
Preferred:
- Clinical quality or patient safety background
- Laser Safety Officer certification
- Teamwork and community healthcare focus
