SALES ASSOCIATE
Job Description:
Tiny Life Homes is expanding and looking for a high energy, motivated Sales Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling RV park model homes and manufactured homes
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years experience in sales with a strong preference in real estate, and/or manufactured homes
- Superior customer service skills including the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and great listening skills
- Strong computer skills including Gmail, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
Compensation:
- Your passion to generate sales will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential, commission driven pay plan.
- This is a high commission position and pay is based on how well you do.
