This position will work from our conveniently located NYC office for the Real Estate Finance Department.

Job description:
The Budgeting & Executive Reporting Department Analyst is responsible for the following:
- Preparing and updating valuation sheets for TEI-owned and operated properties as well as entities that are invested in these properties.
- Assisting in the TEI budget review and circulation process by maintaining budget status records and files, and sending out approved budgets to interested parties
- Consulting with asset managers, other TEI personnel, and people outside of the company to obtain information for valuations and other projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of investor-specific valuation sheets as requested by the Equity and Investor Relations departments
- Assisting in the preparation of the net worth statements for Francis Greenburger and various entities and holding companies
- Responding to queries from lenders and other interested parties on matters that fall under the purview of the finance department.
- Assisting in ad hoc projects assigned to the finance department
- Assisting in the preparation of TEI business plan data and TEI annual conference materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or Economics
- Finance and accounting experience or at least 1 year of internship counts.
